Radiance Technologies is in search of a Senior Military Operations Analyst and Integrator. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience related to Army Space Support Teams (ARSST), Space Control Planning Teams (SCPT), with recent technical expertise related to missions within the 1st Space Brigade.  The candidate will have an extensive background supporting operational planning through non-kinetic effects, targeting, adversary analysis, and general space support to operations.  The candidate will serve in a training, evaluation, and advisory role to the ARSST and SCPT in support of global operations.     

The anticipated compensation for the position is $95,000 to $117,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your compensation will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and education.

Responsibilities 

  • Provide unit training and operational support to deployments and exercises for the ARSST

  • Provide unit training and operational support to deployments and exercises for the SCPT

  • Develop training material to reflect emerging Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to ensure the ARSST/SCPT training remain relevant to the warfighters needs

  • Maintain training and certification documentation for the ARSST/SCPT

  • Provide general ARSST/SCPT support to the Brigade S3 Operations and Training and Evaluation Section

Required Skills

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

  • Must have one or more courses/certification: ASCF: Army Space Control Fundamentals, FSCP: Foundations of Space Control Planning, ASCP: Army Space Control Planning, STOPC: Special Technical Operations Planning Course, JTSC: Joint Targeting Staff Course, or JITD: Joint Intermediate Target Development.

  • Recent experience with USASMDC/ARSTRAT 1st Space Brigade ARSST/SCPT training, evaluations, and operations

  • Must be willing to travel both CONUS and OCONUS up to 40%

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, of 5 years.
